At DCC, we believe in a big gospel. A gospel that restores creation to the creator.
Our Creation Care ministry set out with a lofty ambition of revitalizing an old, dead community garden and restoring it to:
A place of community
A place of life
A place, pointing to the new Earth.
Restoring a garden in west Dallas is creating a place of dignity and community as a direct action:
- For justice against environmental oppression.
- For justice by creating more safe-spaces.
- For Jesus. To make known the good news - that He sees and cares.
